The course dealt with the practical issues for bringing about a revolutionary improvement by deeply studying and grasping the main spirit and main idea of the important conclusion made by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the conference and embodying them in the work of the primary Party committees, and for raising in every way the function and role of the primary Party organizations as the basic combat units in carrying out the decisions of the 8th Congress of the Party.

The lecturers included Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau and department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, and heads of chairs of the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK.

The course stressed the issue for all primary Party organizations to continue to intensify the work of establishing the monolithic leadership system of the respected General Secretary.

The ideal goal of establishing the monolithic leadership system of the Party Central Committee is to make the entire Party and the whole society become like one head and one body, the lecturers stressed. The secretaries of all primary Party committees should more firmly build their units as the ranks of single-minded unity to keep pace with the idea, intention and footstep of the General Secretary, they added.

Mentioned at the short course was the issue of cementing the single-minded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks as firm as a rock.

The lecturers said that further strengthening the single-minded unity, the cornerstone for the existence of the Party and the state and the strongest weapon of our revolution, is a decisive factor for dynamically propelling the overall development of socialism. And they called on all the participants to direct the efforts of the Party work to consolidating the single-minded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks.

Also referred to at the course was the issue of drastically enhancing the role of primary Party organizations in the struggle to thoroughly carry out the tasks set forth at the 8th Congress of the Party.

The course helped the participants bear deep in mind that the thorough-going implementation of the Party's people-oriented policies and the development of their units largely depend on the level, ability and role of the leading Party officials, and keenly realize once again with what extraordinary resolution, determination and fighting spirit the secretaries of the primary Party committees, political commissars in charge of the basic combat units should redouble their efforts in the present struggle for strengthening the whole Party and making a great upsurge in all sectors of socialist construction.
