Present at the ceremony were Ri Tu Song, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea who doubles as vice-chairman of the National Sports Guidance Committee, Kim Il Guk, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, officials concerned and sportspersons.

At the ceremony, team standings were announced and rotating trophy cups, diplomas and medals were awarded to excellent teams and players.

Rotating trophy cups went to the Taesongsan Sports Team which came first in team standings and to the April 25 Sports Team which took the first place in women's volleyball.

Kim Song Ryong, vice-premier of the Cabinet,?made a closing address.
