Attending the meeting were members and alternate members of the UAWK Central Committee as well as UAWK officials at national and local levels as observers.

Discussed at the meeting was the issue of fulfilling the important tasks set in the historic letter "Let the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea Become the Vanguard in the Struggle for Achieving Our Style of Socialist Rural Development" sent by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to the participants in the 9th Congress of the UAWK.

UAWK Central Committee Chairman Han Jong Hyok made a report.

He said that the important letter sent by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un is a militant banner to be highly upheld by all UAWK organizations and officials in the ongoing advance toward a new great era of achieving the rapid Korean-style socialist rural development.

He underlined the honorable tasks for the UAWK organizations of training all their members to be rural revolutionaries and patriotic agricultural workers who materialize the socialist rural construction plan of the Party in the van and of responsibly discharging their mission and role as the scout party, the vanguard of the rural revolution of transforming the whole rural communities on the Juche idea.

He called upon the UAWK organizations and officials to fully perform their responsibility and duty in the efforts for the Korean-style socialist rural development, true to the important tasks set in the respected General Secretary's historic letter, cherishing in their hearts the absolute loyalty and pure conscience and obligation to the Party and the leader.

Speeches were made and an execution plan adopted at the meeting.
