The event was attended by officials from the DPRK Football Association, meritorious women coaches and tutors from sports teams and football teams and the sector for training young sportspersons in Pyongyang.

Han Un Gyong, vice-chairwoman of the DPRK Football Association, in a speech, extended warm greetings to the women footballers and coaches across the country on the international women's day, saying that many women football coaches devote their wisdom and zeal to training women football stars of the country.

Briefing the audience of the global trend in development of women's football, she expressed the belief that the current event would become a good occasion for sharing each other's good experience and opinions.

Then there took place an experience-sharing meeting and a demonstration lecture on teaching and training juvenile footballers.

The participants, divided into two teams, played a football match.
