Among them are young workers of the Paechon Geological Survey Team and the County Irrigation Management Station decided to work at cooperative farms in the county including the Kumgok Co-op Farm and the Unkyo Co-op Farm.

Many young people from the youth league committee, chemical factory and other factories in the county expressed their will to devote their wisdom and zeal to the struggle for transforming the farm villages in the county into the ideal ones under socialism.

Young people in Hyesan City of Ryanggang Province volunteered to work at the socialist countryside.

Meetings were held to congratulate the volunteers in Paechon County and Hyesan City on Thursday.

Certificates were confered on them and congratulatory, oath-taking speeches were made at the meetings.

Congratulatory speakers requested them to distinguish themselves in implementing the agriculutural policy and rural construction plan of the Party with loyalty and patriotism while glorifying the honor of the socialist patriotic youth at every worksite.

Oath-taking speakers expressed their determination to fully display the spirit and stamina of the Korean youth in the efforts for hitting the target of grain production set by the Party and transforming the socialist countryside into the highly civilized one like the youth of the preceding generations.

After the meetings, officials, young people and working people in Paechon County and Hyesan City warmly sent them off, giving bunches of flowers to them.
