More than 6, 000 women in Hamhung City and Yonggwang and Hamju counties have taken part in the shock brigade activities to supply gravels and sand to the construction site, over-fulfilling their daily tasks.

Women's union members in Sinpho City and Sinhung and Kumya counties collected more than 10, 000 cubic meters of gravels to be supplied to the construction site.

Those in Rakwon and Jongphyong counties finished the land rezoning and planted good species of trees like pine-nut tree and Korean poplar.

Meanwhile, a large number of women launched a work for assisting the soldier-builders and a do-good-thing movement.

They have provided at least 26, 000 pieces of daily necessaries and working tools of 30-odd kinds to the construction site.
