Officials in charge of land and environmental protection in the province and the city set the afforestation areas and allotted shares of work properly by basing it on regional weather and forestry. They provided technical directions to push ahead with afforestation on the principle of planting right species on the right soil and in the right time. This was followed by a strict review and evaluation.

In this course millions of trees of good species have been planted in the province.
