The general secretary in the message expressed his heartfelt thanks on behalf of the Central Committee of the LPRP and on his own behalf to Kim Jong Un for sending warm congratulations of best wishes and a beautiful floral basket on the occasion of the 67th founding anniversary of the LPRP.

The message expressed the belief that the fraternal Party, government and people of the DPRK would successfully carry out the decisions made at the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and thus build a powerful socialist country and bring happiness to the Korean people under the bold and correct leadership of the WPK led by Kim Jong Un, successor to the great cause.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and success in his ennobling work.

It hoped that the long-standing, friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties, two states and two peoples would further expand and develop in line with the substantial interests of the peoples of the two countries and in conformity with the peace, friendship and cooperation of the region and the world.
