A student of Pyongyang Hydro-meteorological College volunteered to work in Samjiyon City of Ryanggang Province, deeming it the greatest honor to glorify youth in the sacred land of Mt. Paektu associated with the revolutionary history and traditions of the Workers' Party of Korea.
