The Pupho Offshore Farm in the western coastal area overhauled tugboats and other boats to reduce the time of their advance into culture grounds to the maximum.

The Ongjin Offshore Farm has distinguished itself in seaweed production.

The same is true of the Hodo Offshore Farm and the Kyongpho Cultivation Fishery Station in the eastern coastal area.

And such units as the Songdowon Fishery Station and the Tupho Fishery Station for Dolphin Feed have directed efforts to increasing the per-hour productivity.
