The commission organized a show and a passing-on-technique course for the officials of the provincial agricultural guidance organs in a purposeful way. It took a measure to provide a tele-questioning and answering service for farming techniques through the mobile communication network.

Officials of the commission help the agricultural guidance organs to adopt a scientific farming method in line with the characteristics and natural features of the province, cities and counties on the spot.

They also help regional agricultural guidance organs properly organize and guide the work for sowing rice seeds in beds at the right time and in a proper way. They also generalize good experience gained by exemplary farms, workteams, sub-workteams and farmers in last year's farming, while resolving the technical problems.
