The festival will exhibit videos of art performances sent by art troupes and artistes of different countries through international communication channels. It will give an impressive artistic description of the unanimous aspiration and desire of the progressives to highly praise and eternally convey the personality of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, the peerlessly great men.

It will bring together international and national concours winners of tens of countries, famous art troupes, dancing troupes and circuses of foreign countries and art troupes of overseas Koreans.

The organizing committee of the festival is to examine videos of colorful art performances, including vocal music, instrumental music, dance and circus, sent by art troupes of different countries. They will be edited in forms of group, single and combined performances and broadcast on the Korean Central TV.
