After grasping the conditions and environment of the province-level treatment and prevention institutions and the technical and practical skills of their medical workers, the Ministry of Public Health meticulously organized the work to introduce the advanced diagnosis and treatment methods used by the central hospitals into the relevant units.

The central hospitals have made technical teaching programs with experience gained through clinical activities and image data to be distributed to the province-level treatment and prevention institutions and given lectures through telemedicine system for the medical workers in local areas.

And medical workers of the central hospitals give technical instructions at the provincial hospitals.

The Pyongyang University of Medicine Hospital dispatched its competent medical worker to North and South Phyongan provinces in February to help improve the abilities of medical workers in the relevant areas.

The ministry also organizes a technical course to introduce a new treatment method developed at the Moranbong District People's Hospital into the provincial hospitals.

Such introduction of advanced diagnosis and treatment methods contributes to getting rid of the differences in the quality of medial service between central and local hospitals.
