The festival organizing committee took necessary measures to produce posters, diplomas and cup designs for the festival.

It has also shown deep care for the professional art troupes and the itinerant art squads and art groups to further raise the ideological and artistic level of the festival.

Amid the growing enthusiasm of those units to participate in the festival, such art works of diverse forms were created as the works reflecting the people's deep yearning for the President and their ardent wish for his immortality and showing his undying leadership exploits and the strong stamina of our people out in the struggle to implement the decisions of the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Many units strive to represent on a higher level those art works including vocal music, instrumental music, dances, story-telling pieces.
