Han Hyon Sik, born into a poor peasant family before Korea's liberation, had to undergo the miserable lot of an enslaved nation, suffering every kind of humiliation and insult.

She had dedicated herself to farming for decades, out of the mind to return the benevolence of President Kim Il Sung who liberated Korea and provided its people with the foundations for worthwhile life and happiness.

With tens of her descendants, she is now leading a happy life in good health while doing housework and cultivating a family garden.
