The Pyongyang City Power Distribution Station, the Tobacco Complex, the Ryuwon Footwear Factory and other units in the city sent a lot of materials and teaching fixtures, including paper for textbooks and reference books and water inks, to Pyongyang Teachers Training College.

The Pyongyang Foodstuff Complex provided a university in its charge with computers, motor-generators and other aid materials.

The Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill and the Pyongyang City General Passenger Service Enterprise supplied materials and office supplies necessary for management and teaching preparation to universities.

Thanks to the sincere assistance by officials and employees at different units including the Pyongyang Cosmetics Factory and the Pyongyang Department Store No. 1, many educational units have secured enough educational facilities and fixtures ahead of the new school year.
