The past 40 years after its publication were significant days when the absolute truth and vitality of the Juche idea, the guiding idea of our revolution had been fully displayed in practice and this idea had been kept in the minds of all the people as their firm faith, it says, adding:

The immortal Juche idea comprehending the demands of the times and the will of the masses is a popular revolutionary doctrine acceptable to everyone aspiring after independence.

Our Party and revolution could advance invariably along the road of independence and socialism without any slightest mistake or deviation in adopting the line, thanks to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il who had pushed the socialist cause to victory by holding fast to the Juche idea, the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung, as the guidelines.

By conducting his energetic ideo-theoretical activities, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, a man of vision, formulated the revolutionary idea of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il into Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in the beginning of the new century of Juche and declared it the eternal guiding idea of our Party and revolution.

The birth of a new era of self-sustenance and prosperity, an era of our state-first principle on this land and the full display of the people's dignity and position are a clear demonstration of the power of truth which the Juche idea has.
