The provincial Party committee meticulously organized the work to arouse enthusiasm of the builders by intensifying the coordined operation of the information and publicity department and all other departments.

A group of Party information officials at different levels was dispatched to the construction site.

The officials, who participated in the First Workshop of Officials in the Information Field of the Workers' Party of Korea, in particular, take the lead in encouraging the builders by waging a revolutionary ideological offensive.

Families of the party officials, too, visited the construction site to give aid materials and pep talks to builders so that they would pioneer a new spirit of Ryonpho.
