Cultural Heritage Conservation Pushed Forward as Mass Movement in Kaesong
Pyongyang, April 10 (KCNA) -- The conservation of national heritage is being pushed forward as a mass movement in Kaesong City of the DPRK.

The Koryo Museum is engaged in the maintenance of such relics as Myongryun Temple, Taesong Temple and Kyesong Temple with an emphasis on better exhibition of relics.

The City Station for the Protection of Cultural Heritage has pushed forward the renovation of tens of tombs including Mausoleum of King Kyonghyo together with lawn and road management, ditch embankment and wall-retaining.

The Pakyon Falls Scenic Spot Conservation Station in the city set up stone lanterns at the entrances to the scenic spots and is stepping up the land arrangement and wall-retaining in Kwanum Temple and Taehung Temple districts.

The City Natural Monument Conservation Station repainted monuments and signs at scores of historical relics and planted trees of good species in natural monument reserves.

Working people and university students in the city are devoting their patriotism to further glorifying the time-honored history and cultural traditions of the nation.
