New Mementoes and Records Displayed at Korean Revolution Museum
Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- About 800 new mementoes and records have been displayed in the new hall of the Korean Revolution Museum for the period of struggle for bringing about a radical turn in the building of a powerful socialist country.

The hall with four rooms houses mementoes and records comprehensively showing the undying feats performed by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in five years after the 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, during which he energetically conducted his revolutionary activities to effect an epoch-making turn in the development of our Party and the building of a powerful socialist country.

On display at Room No. 1 are photos of Kim Jong Un wisely guiding the struggle for making the 7th Party Congress a great revolutionary event to be specially recorded in the history of our Party and for consolidating the might of the politically and ideologically strong country in every way.

There are also such mementoes as the letters written by him in the days when he was accomplishing the historic great cause of completing the state nuclear force and a diorama of Ryomyong Street seen by him when guiding its construction.

Exhibited at Room No. 2 are records of the activities of Kim Jong Un wisely leading the struggle for building up the national defence capabilities to reliably defend the sovereignty of the country and for creating the external atmosphere favorable for the Korean revolution.

On show at Room No. 3 are records of the struggle in the period when the Korean people strengthened the independence and Juche character of the national economy in every way by their own efforts, technology and resources under the leadership of the Party. The Party put forward the self-reliance as an immovable political line and a trait of the country and, under its guidance, our people have written a proud history of achieving prosperity by dint of self-reliance, fully displaying the might of the self-supporting national economy.

Room No. 4 is a collection of records of the leadership of Kim Jong Un who pushed forward with the building of socialist culture and set forth the revolutionary line on launching an offensive for making a breakthrough head-on at the 5th Plenary Meeting of the 7th Party Central Committee and led the struggle for it.
