The college, newly built in North Hwanghae Province, will provide the best conditions and environment for education and life for students as it has a school building with multi-functional rooms for experiment and practice, an e-library, gymnasium and dormitory.

It will contribute to putting the education in the province on a higher level and firmly preparing students to be competent talents for revolution.

An inauguration ceremony took place on April 13.
