At the meeting, speakers praised the undying achievements of Kim Il Sung, who founded the immortal Juche idea, did world historical marvels of defeating the two formidable imperialist countries in one generation, with the might of ideology and on the strength of the infinite mental power of the masses, and built a powerful socialist country independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in defense on this land.

Noting that people's laughter is being heard in recreational facilities in different parts of the country, Ryomyong Street, Mirae Scientists Street, Songhwa Street, the Pothong Riverside Terraced Residential District, newly-built dwellings in Taechong-ri of Unpha County and Kangbuk-ri of Kumchon County hit by natural disasters, and Samjiyon City, which was transformed into a model cultural mountain city, they stressed that such brilliant reality would have been unthinkable without the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un's devoted service for the people's wellbeing.

They called for becoming strong foundations of the socialist country upholding the leadership of Kim Jong Un, who personally planted trees in the Hwasong area to kindle the flames of patriotism across the country and has made tireless devoted efforts, treasuring the promise made with the people as the most sacred.
