Attending the events were Indonesian personages, the president and the general manager and employees of the Bogor Botanical Garden and the DPRK ambassador to Indonesia and members of his embassy.

The participants looked round the photos of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and pictures showing the brave spirit of the DPRK and the monument to Kimilsungia.

They also watched a Korean documentary film on President Kim Il Sung's historic visit to Indonesia and a video introducing Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK.

Speakers at the events said that they came to know the history of friendship made by the preceding leaders of the two countries through the events once again and that President Kim Il Sung's meeting with President Sukarno was an event of great significance.

Saying that Kimilsungia is a valuable treasure for the Indonesian and Korean people, they called for keeping Kimilsungia, the immortal flower of the sun, in full bloom for all ages as well as sprucing up the Bogor Botanical Garden as a witness to the firm friendship and solidarity between the two countries and as a treasure house of history.
