It was attended by Pae Jin Gu, vice-chairman and director general of the General Affairs Department of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Chairman Ri Yong Su and members of the Korean Social Scientists Association in Japan, and officials of Chongryon in the Kanto area.

Ri Yong Su made a report titled "The era of our state-first principle and period of overall development of socialism ushered in by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un glorifying the immortal leadership exploits of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung".

The reporter said the revolutionary cause of Juche, pioneered in Mt Paektu and victoriously advanced, has entered a golden age of its development, adding it is thanks to Generalissimo Kim Il Sung who provided the eternal cornerstone for the victorious advance and accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche. He also referred to the Generalissimo's outstanding idea and immortal leadership feats.

He mentioned in a systematic way the main characteristics of the era of our state-first principle ushered in by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un creditably carrying forward the cause of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, and the greatness of the idea of Kim Jong Un on the comprehensive development of socialism.

Then, speeches were made by Kang Il Chon, vice-chairman of the Korean Social Scientists Association in Japan, and Ryom Mun Song, managing director of its Central Standing Council.
