Present there were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Pak Ku Ho, first vice-chairman and director of the Organizational Department of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, vice-chairpersons of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, department directors and other officials of Chongryon.

A video "With the people" was screened at the lecture. It deals with the historical data on the revolutionary career of President Kim Il Sung who put the dignity of the country and its people on the highest level for the first time in the history of the nation spanning 5, 000 years and brought about great changes admired by mankind.

It shows the fact that the President defeated the most formidable Japanese and U.S. imperialisms in one generation and led to victory the two stages of rehabilitation and construction and the two stages of social revolution and socialist construction by pursuing the politics centered on the popular masses.

Also recorded in it are the historical data on the whole life of the President who put forward the popular masses as the driving force of revolution in the proud annals of national history and built a powerful country independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in defence on their strength.

Contained in it are photos of the President, a great man who devoted himself to the work for the people with his warm humanity.

The video tells about the fact that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un has taken warm care of the Chongryon and compatriots in Japan as members of the great nation living in an alien land and provided a legal guarantee for defending the rights and interests of overseas compatriots this year to protect the destiny and future of the Koreans in Japan in a responsible manner.
