The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un took part in the inauguration ceremony of the Pothong Riverside Terraced Residential District ahead of the Day of the Sun and saw to it that the masters of Kyongru-dong are moved into the new houses there as early as possible to lead a blessed life.

On April 14, labor innovators, persons of merit, scientists, educators, writers and their families in the city began moving into the houses in Kyongru-dong.

Those moving into the luxury residential district were warmly congratulated by officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Party and government organs in the capital city and builders.

Kyongru-dong was seething with citizens dancing in a great joy of moving into new houses.
