Officials and builders have stepped up the tunneling of waterways extending tens of kilometers at the final stage.

Builders of the Kosong Army-People Power Station made big progress in waterway tunneling through serial drilling and blasting as befitting the creators of the Kangwon Provincial Spirit. They now accelerate the project for covering the waterway tunnel through a mass movement in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with each other.

Those of the Hoeyang Army-People Power Station have stepped up the waterway tunneling in three dimensions by raising the number of blasting per shift through introduction of efficient methods and the speed of removing muck.

Those of Sepho and Phyonggang army-people power stations, too, made big strides in their waterway tunneling projects, strictly observing the construction regulations, by displaying the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance.
