The revolutionary battle sites in the Sinhung area covering Sinhung, Pujon and Jangjin counties are associated with the leadership of President Kim Il Sung who organized and led the activities of small units, teams and political workers of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army and aroused the people to all-people resistance for the country's liberation.

The visitors went round historic relics preserved in the secret camp on Mt Paekyok and the headquarters log cabin in the secret camp on Mt Kodae and other revolutionary battle sites after being briefed on the revolutionary activities of Kim Il Sung in the area of Sinhung before the monument.

They fully grasped the feats of the anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk who devoted her all to the realization of the operational intention of the President in an under-rock house in the secret camp on Mt Okryon in the Pujon Pass Secret Base.

They held a presentation to hear impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas and sang revolutionary songs in chorus at the revolutionary battle site.
