Officials in the agricultural sector in cities and counties including those of the Provincial Rural Economy Committee have conducted a political work to stir up enthusiasm of the working masses out in the farming campaign, while taking economic and technical measures for thoroughly carrying out the plans according to date and fields.

Consequently, all farms in the province finished plowing in dry fields, and now concentrate all their manpower and means to tilling paddy fields.
