Documentaries dealing with the undying feats of President Kim Il Sung, including "February 8 to Be Shined Long in the History of Building Revolutionary Armed Forces" and "Wartime Songs, the Eternal Songs of Defending the Country" and a feature film "One Day and One Night" will be screened at cinemas and cultural houses in the capital city of Pyongyang and local areas during the week.

Its opening ceremony took place at the Pyongyang International Cinema House on April 22 with attendance of Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea Ju Chang Il, Secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK Ri Myong Chol, officials, creators and artistes of the moviedom and working people in Pyongyang.

Jong Yong Nam, director-general of the National Administration of Motion Picture Industry, made an opening address.

At the end of the ceremony, its participants watched a documentary "President Kim Il Sung with the Anti-Japanese Revolutionary Veterans".
