Present there were Ri Il Hwan, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), and Party and administrative officials, officials of the working people's organizations and information workers in charge of theory from armed forces organs, the fields of science, education, literature and arts, media and preservation of revolutionary relics and party cadres training institutions in Pyongyang.

Presented to the symposium were papers explaining in depth the immortal feats of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who built the Juche-oriented revolutionary armed forces and opened their brilliant heyday by O Il Jong and Ju Chang Il, department directors of the Central Committee of the WPK, Pak Yong Il, and Pak Yong Il, general officer of the Korean People's Army.

The speakers praised the President as the peerlessly great man who made clear the philosophical principle that the victory of the revolutionary cause and the sovereignty, independence and prosperity of the country and nation are guaranteed by the arms of revolution and pioneered the brilliant history of building the Juche-oriented revolutionary armed forces for the first time in the national history spanning over 5 000 years.

They stressed that the DPRK's revolutionary armed forces displayed its might as the heroic revolutionary ones and invincible powerful army which defeated the two imperialisms under the outstanding and seasoned leadership of the President and the glorious history of building the Juche-oriented revolutionary armed forces has been adorned with the traditions of victory.

They proved that Chairman Kim Jong Il is the peerlessly illustrious commander who developed the People's Army into the one of the leader and invincible revolutionary army without an equal in other parts of the world and projected it as the pillar and main force of the revolution.

They explained that the revolutionary armed forces have been in their great heyday of development, unprecedented in history, over the past decade, thanks to the outstanding military wisdom and commanding art and energetic guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

They called upon all officials, party members, working people and servicepersons to faithfully uphold the leadership of Kim Jong Un and achieve a great victory in attaining the new strategic goals set by the Party.
