They properly arranged rice-seedling beds according to the characteristics of different strains of rice and ensured both speed and quality in sowing while observing the technical regulations in the processes of seed cleaning and sprouting.

Haeju City and Sinchon County also mapped out plans according to date and field to suit the specific conditions and actively introduced scientific farming methods while selecting right soil and ensuring the amount of sowing per phyong.
