The sheetlet contains a stamp depicting the image of President Kim Il Sung, a legendary hero of the anti-Japanese war, against the red-colored background with sunrays and a stamp showing an oil painting "The Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung Proclaiming the Foundation of the Anti-Japanese People's Guerrilla Army". It reminds one of the exploits of the peerlessly great man who founded the first revolutionary armed forces of Juche type.

An individual stamp shows the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners who waged long bloody battles under the leadership of the President.

Inscribed on the stamps are letters "90th Founding Anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army" and "April 25. Juche 21 (1932) - Juche 111 (2022)".
