The paper notes that the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un further strengthened the DPRK-Russia friendly ties through the meaningful meeting with President Putin.

The meeting served as a signal event which put the DPRK-Russia relations with a long history and tradition of friendship on a fresh high stage.

The DPRK-Russia friendship has been established at the bloody battle sites against the aggression and war by the imperialists and developed in the struggle of defending peace and security.

It is the intention and firm will of the top leaders of the two countries and common demand of their peoples to steadily develop the bilateral relations.

According to the agreement achieved in the summit meeting, the DPRK and Russia have registered great achievements in all spheres of the bilateral relations with mutual close contact and equally-beneficial cooperation while dynamically overcoming all challenges, trials and obstacles at home and abroad.

They boost the mutual support on the international arena than ever before.

It is the consistent stand of the DPRK government to comprehensively develop the good-neighbor and cooperative relations with Russia, our friend and good neighbor, according to the agreement made in the DPRK-Russia summit meeting.

The paper stressed that we wish the friendly Russian people success in their work for building powerful and developed Russia under the correct guidance of President Putin despite all challenges and difficulties.
