Speeches were made by the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), the international secretary of the Finnish Communists' League, the chief of the Danish Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chief of the Swedish Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, personages of the Libya-DPRK Friendship Association and the Secretariat of the Cambodian King, the chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway, and others.

They praised Kim Il Sung for glorifying the 20th century as a century of victorious progress in the cause for socialism and anti-imperialist independence with his outstanding idea, experienced leadership and noble virtues.

Stressing that his feats for the cause of global independence will remain forever along with the victorious advance of the cause of independence, they expressed the conviction that the Korean people will attain bigger success in the building of socialism.

Congratulatory messages to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un were adopted and statements on conveying the exploits of the peerlessly great men and intensifying the study and dissemination of the Juche idea issued at the seminars in Nepal, Sweden and DR Congo.
