Work to Set up Ultra-Modern Goods Production Bases Brisk in DPRK
Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- Kim Chaek University of Technology in the DPRK is stepping up the work to set up ultra-modern goods production bases conducive to the integration of education, scientific research and production.

With more than ten ultra-modern goods production bases already in possession, the university has set a goal to build more than one ultra-modern goods production base at each faculty and research institute for development and production of new goods this year.

A research group of the Nonferrous Metal Institute at the Metal Engineering Faculty laid a technical foundation for putting rare earth permanent magnet production for wind power generator on a Juche basis amid a hard push for building its production base.

The Nano Physical Engineering Institute developed an ozone generator based on Nano complex material and is now engaged in solving the practical problems for its expanded introduction to various fields.

Several faculties and institutes including the Machine Science Technology Faculty, the Applied Chemical Engineering Faculty and the Mirae Industrial Technology Institute are actively engaged in the creation of the production bases.

The university is giving a momentum to stepping up the development and production of ultra-modern technical goods in line with the characteristics of different faculties and institutes.
