Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Reply Message from Syrian President

| Pyongyang, May 13 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a reply message from Bashar Al-Assad, president of the Syrian Arab Republic, on May 9. The message expressed gratitude to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for sending warm congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the national day of the Syrian Arab Republic. The Syrian president affirmed that he will strive together with Kim Jong Un to develop the relations between the two countries, strengthen negotiations and coordination and open up a new chapter of cooperation in all fields in the common interests of the two peoples. |
