The county has taken timely measures for providing manpower, equipment and materials to push ahead with the construction on schedule.

All motivation force and means were mobilized to make the whole construction site seethe with enthusiasm for the revolution, struggle and patriotism.

Its builders finished the ground excavation and concrete placing in a short period to erect the dam for the power station. And they completed the project for extending waterway tunnel and concrete cover in a proper way.

Such tasks as road paving, setup of power cable, building of generator house and assembly of generating equipment were successfully carried out.

Several units in the county have sufficiently produced equipment necessary for the construction.
