| Epidemic Spread and Treatment Results in DPRK

| Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) -- According to information of the state emergency epidemic prevention headquarters, more than 100,460 fevered persons (about 5,040 less than the previous day), with 139,180 recoveries (about 17,840 less than the previous day) and one death, were reported from 18:00 of May 25 to 18:00 of May 26 throughout the country. As of 18:00 of May 26 since late April, the total number of fevered persons is over 3,270,850, of which more than 3,037,690 (92.871%) have recovered and at least 233,090 (7.127%) are under medical treatment. The death toll stands at 69 and the fatality rate is at 0.002 percent. |
