The committee issued a written order to organize emergency disaster and crisis control teams to ensure promptness in survey and control, adopt sensitive reaction to swiftly cope with natural disaster and to work under the unified control of the Central Emergency Disaster and Crisis Control Group in the event of a natural disaster.

According to the written order, powerful emergency disaster and crisis control teams will be organized and operated in the capital city, provinces, cities and counties.

All the teams will work, in close contact with the emergency anti-epidemic organs at all levels, under the monolithic guidance of the Central Emergency Disaster and Crisis Control Group, while thoroughly meeting the anti-epidemic demands.

The written order specifies in detail the composition of the central group and the teams of ministries, national institutions, provinces, cities, counties, organs, industrial establishments, cooperative organizations, townships, districts and dongs, and the procedures of their work.

The teams at all levels will conduct their work under the relevant directions of the State Emergency Disaster Committee on the emergency disaster and crisis control.

The written order requires all the sectors and units to conduct the work for flood prevention, crisis control and rehabilitation while fulfilling the anti-epidemic demands in the emergency period of coping with a disaster or a crisis.
