| Epidemic Spread and Treatment Results in DPRK

| Pyongyang, May 30 (KCNA) -- According to information of the state emergency epidemic prevention headquarters, more than 100,710 fevered persons (about 11,210 more than the previous day), with 98,290 recoveries (about 8,100 less than the previous day) and one death, were reported from 18:00 of May 28 to 18:00 of May 29 throughout the country. As of 18:00 of May 29 since late April, the total number of fevered persons is over 3,549,590, of which more than 3,360,990 (94.687%) have recovered and at least 188,530 (5.311%) are under medical treatment. The death toll stands at 70 and the fatality rate is at 0.002 percent. |
