In South Hwanghae Province, officials have properly guided the campaign for combating drought at cooperative farms.

Mobile pumps and water-supply wagons were amassed in different counties of the province.

The same are true of farms in other provinces such as South Phyongan Province, South Hamgyong Province and North Phyongan Province, and Nampho City.

Officials of ministries and national institutions and other volunteers across the country mobilized vehicles and mini-pumps to help water the farm fields.

Providing farms with lots of agricultural materials, they also engage themselves in rice-transplanting.
