| Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Reply Message from Cuban President

| Pyongyang, June 1 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a reply message from Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic of Cuba, on May 25. The message expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un for sending a message of sympathy over the accident at Saratoga Hotel in Havana on May 6 on behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and the government and people of Cuba. It said that the solidarity showed by the fraternal DPRK encourages Cuba in its efforts to eradicate the aftereffects of the heartbreaking accident and once again demonstrated that the historic ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries are growing strong. |
