The builders of the Pyongyang City People's Committee Brigade, involved in the project, completed the structural construction of a high-rise apartment building and some facilities and are now speeding up the plastering of their interiors and exteriors.

The brigade has pushed ahead with the project in a three-dimensional way, urging different affiliated units to ensure both quality and speed in construction and give priority to infrastructure over superstructure.

As a result, the plastering speed has been doubled.
