The KCU is a Juche-type revolutionary and popular political organization of the Korean children, founded and developed by President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il with much care, the editorial says.

It is the Party's viewpoint that one step lost for children will lead to one hundred steps lost for the country's advance in the future, and any calculation should not be considered for the children, says the editorial, adding:

Having a large unit of young patriotic revolutionaries who value and strive, young as they are, to live up to the love of the Party and trust of the country is the great might and pride of Juche Korea.

Steadfast is the Party's will to bring up the KCU members to be reliable pillars of the powerful socialist country and thus guarantee the continuity of the glorious history of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea.

All the KCU members should fully prepare themselves as trustworthy successors to the Juche revolution and future masters of the powerful socialist motherland, upholding the slogan "Let us be always ready for socialist country!"

Tomorrow of the prosperous motherland is the KCU members' and the future of powerful socialist Korea will be brighter by their bold and cheerful spirit.
