The publishing of the historic work has clarified the position and importance of the secondary general education in the building of an educational power and talent power and provided the important guideline to effect a fresh turn in education in line with the requirements of the new century.

The work is a milestone which made it possible to put the overall level of the secondary general education of the country onto new high stage, and an immortal great programme for the development of Juche-oriented education in the new century.
