Production of Powder Lactic Acid Bacteria for Yoghurt Starts in DPRK
Pyongyang, June 9 (KCNA) -- The Fermentation Research Institute of the Academy of Food Industry of the Ministry of Food Industry established a production process of powder lactic acid bacteria for yoghurt and started the production.

The production process of powder lactic acid bacteria for yoghurt, which includes cultivation, centrifuge and packing processes, was established in a short span of time. So, a prospect was opened to provide all children across the country with good-quality and nourishing yoghurt.

The Ministry of Food Industry furthers the production of powder lactic acid bacteria for yoghurt.
