Inspecting the exhibition house on June 15, Juche 86 (1997), Kim Jong Il gave detailed instructions on the matter of newly arranging the Exhibition of Works on the Juche Idea dealing with the ideo-theoretical exploits and greatness of President Kim Il Sung at the house and on the issues arising in its operation.

With his field guidance as an occasion, the house has steadily supplemented exhibits as required by the new era and creditably discharged its honorable mission and duty in displaying the validity and vitality of our Party's line of the three revolutions--ideological, technological and cultural.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un developed the exhibition house into not only a base for mass education but also a base for sci-tech dissemination and exchange.

As a result, exchange of latest technologies and intellectual products has been activated through various exhibitions at the house, which greatly contributed to accelerting the work to put the national economy on a Juche, modern and scientific basis and develop the core technologies and applied sci-tech onto a new high level.

Different halls of the exhibition house made positive contribution to making all the people well versed in science and technology through exchange of latest achievements, sci-tech lectures, etc.
