The volume contains 45 works including historic speeches and talks made by the Chairman in the period from November, Juche 78 (1989) to June, Juche 79 (1990).

Some works deal with the immortal exploits of the Chairman who illuminated the bright path ahead of the country and people and defended and added brilliance to Korean-style socialism centered on the popular masses with his brilliant ideo-theoretical wisdom in every period and step of the revolution and construction.
