True to the measures taken by the Party and the state and under a long-term plan, all-people efforts have been directed to establishing new dairy farms and factories and expanding the capacity of the existing ones in all cities and counties across the country, resulting in opening up the prospects for fully supplying nutritious dairy products to the children

The Third Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee guided by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in June, Juche 110 (2021) discussed the issue of further improving the childcare policy of the Party as an important agenda item.

The 6th Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK adopted a decree "On adoption of the childcare law of the DPRK", thus providing a legal guarantee for ensuring the state-backed supply of dairy products and other nutritious food to the children and provision of good childcare conditions.

Under the unified guidance of the Cabinet, relevant ministries, national institutions and people's committees of each province, city and county have further intensified their guidance on the work related to childcare.

Central and local organs and units concerned push ahead with the work for increasing the output of dairy products by putting it on a sci-tech footing and ensuring their full supply on the basis of a correct calculation of domestic consumption.

Under a long-term plan of the Party and the state, all provinces, cities and counties across the country have focused their efforts on establishing new dairy farms and factories and expanding the capacity of the existing ones.

They also paid attention to drastically improving the quality of products by developing new processing technologies, which has led to introduction of many effective methods to production.

Amid the nation-wide struggle for implementing the new childcare policy of the Party, dairy products have been regularly supplied to the nurseries and kindergartens across the country.

Dairy producers have done their best to supply good dairy products to the children across the country.

Despite the activation of the maximum emergency anti-epidemic system and manifold hardships, the childcare policy of the state is fulfilled invariably under the guidance of the motherly Party.
